Custom Embroidery Orders
For custom embroidery designs, the following terms apply:
- Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Before dispatching your custom order, we will send you a photo of the completed product for approval.
- Once approved and delivered, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded, as they are personalized and cannot be resold.
Ready-Made Embroidery Products
We accept returns for ready-made embroidery products under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The 30-day period begins the day after the item is delivered to your home address.
- The returned items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Refund Process
- If your return meets the above criteria, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
- Once the return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation of your refund.
- Please allow up to 5 working days for your payment provider to process the refund after confirmation.
- Keep the tracking receipts of your returned package until the refund process is completed.
