Order Processing and Dispatch

• For ready-made products: Orders placed for items that are already made will be dispatched the next working day via Royal Mail post.
• For custom-made products: Custom orders require a minimum of 5 working days for completion before dispatch. Prior to dispatch, we will send an image of the finished product to the customer for approval. Once approved, the item will be shipped the next working day via Royal Mail post.

Shipping Method and Tracking

• All orders are shipped using Royal Mail post.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Charges

• FREE delivery is available for all UK orders.
• Additional charges apply for other countries.

Delivery Area

• We do not offer local pickup or collection; all orders are processed and shipped from our online store only.

Order Updates and Communication

• For custom orders, an image of the completed product will be sent for your approval before dispatch.
•Tracking information will be provided after your order is shipped, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Restrictions

• No in-person collection or pickup is available.
